Diandra Fallone, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with over a decade of experience working in emergency medicine and multiple surgical settings.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Northeastern University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University.

Diandra is currently licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and provides personalized concierge care through telehealth to eligible patients in both states.

She has a personal interest in women's health, hormone optimization, and healthy aging. Diandra strives to provide individualized care for every patient, grounded in an evidence-based approach.
